Dr Stephen Chan graduated as a doctor from the University of Adelaide and qualified as a Plastic Surgeon from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 1977. To broaden his experience and skills he furthered his training in the UK and spent time visiting world leading Plastic Surgeons in USA, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Austria and South America amongst others.
